"State Farm IS the WORST company I've EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH IN MY ADULT LIFE ! I'm 62 years old. I drive a tractor trailer for UPS and run between Carlisle PA and NYC , 5 nights. Going to work in my 2018 Chevy Cruz I HAD to stop at a RR crossing near Mt Holly PA. Red lights were flashing , horn had sounded and the train was APPROACHING ! I was HIT in the REAR BY A STATE FARM DRIVER in a JACKED UP 1988 Jeep CHEROKEE. OH NO THE WORST WAS YET TO COME STATE FARM would not pay for the damage done ($13,000+) 1st estimate. They said it was totaled and SCREWED ME OVER ON THE VALUE OF MY CAR ! Claiming it was only worth $11,600 . They basically stole my car out from under me . I RAN the car 4 1/2 years , the car could have easily gone another 4-5 years. And have a paid off car. I RECEIVED ZERO COMPENSATION FOR THOSE LOST YEARS ! ALSO the whole ORDEAL took about 34 days , STATE FARM SCREWED/CHEATED me and Enterprise ON the RENTAL CAR Claiming that they only were required to pay for 21 days of rental. I bought my car new and it was well maintained . MY CAR WAS 30 YEARS NEWER THAN THE 1988 JACKED UP JEEP CHEROKEE. MY BRAKES HELD MY CAR AND THE IMPACT FROM THE JEEP FROM BEING PUSHED INTO THE PATH OF THE TRAIN. WELL FYI THAT DANGEROUS JACKED UP JEEP CHEROKEE IS STILL ON THE ROAD IN PA SO LOOK OUT FOR IT ! BOB KABBE was where I had to go to get the settlement check AND HE DID NOTHING TO HELP ME.......EXCEPT HE AGREED......YES ! YOU GOT SCREWED OVER ! STATE FARM CAN GO TO HELL.......is my opinion !"
